Chrome SSO Error - "You cannot access this right now"

You may see a prompt like this when attempting to access resources in Chrome on your Asana laptop:

Below are the steps to resolve this issue:

1. Select the extension icon in the top right corner of chrome and select Manage extensions

2. A page will open up. On this page, confirm that the Microsoft Single Sign On extension is turned on (dot in the slider is on the right side like below - it may be in blue rather than the grey you see in the screenshot below)

3. Select the extension option in the top right corner of chrome again and then select the Microsoft Single Sign On extension:

4. You will be brought to a Microsoft sign in page - please sign in like normal. This will resolve the error you are experiencing.
